Staff Writer Jean Bonchak put together the Wishing Tree today. It's just waiting for your wishes! Also, it's waiting for a strand of lights to brighten the spot of the pre-lit tree that we can't seem to get to work. (My first wish may be for someone to create a better way to put together Christmas trees and Christmas lights!) Jean plans to add a tree skirt and some garland, and a strand of working lights.

Your wishes will be added to the tree, and wishes may be published on this blog, on News-Herald.com, through our social media accounts, and in The News-Herald's print edition.
